Got a great mortgage deal? It is amazing how quickly time passes – the first most of us know about the end of our mortgage deal is when we suffer interest rate shock; that the feeling you get when you open up the letter from your lender telling you that your mortgage payment is going up.

Realistically, if you want to move seamlessly from one deal to another without touching Standard Lending Rate then you need to be talking to an adviser about arranging a replacement deal about 3 months before your current deal comes to an end, but how many of us remember to do that?

No problem – under the Mortgage Review Service you give us your Redemption penalty end date (i.e. the date you can move your mortgage without penalty) and three months prior to that date we will contact you to remind you that you should be reviewing your mortgage and to offer the opportunity to review your mortgage options with one of our independent mortgage advisers, face to face, at no cost.
